Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for exploring Old Town Albuquerque and downtown events, but the pool cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms were decently set up facing the mountain side, yet the hard mattress and stained bathrooms were disappointments. The service, while generally attentive, had hiccups with rudeness towards complaints and attempted charges for free amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of choices, but improvements could be made to enhance the overall quality of the stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is simply perfect, with convenient transportation options and easy access to various activities. However, the rooms left something to be desired, showing signs of wear and tear. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some excellent attentiveness but also some disruptions to our privacy. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some pleasant surprises but also some disappointments.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The location was perfect for my event at the Albuquerque Convention Center, but it did become quiet in the evenings. The dining experience was average, and the prices for some items were a bit high. The facilities overall were good, though.
